Good value for money. Mostly friendly and helpful staff except bar. Especially the people with transportation services and spa were very helpful.
The hotel is classified as 5 star hotel. This is somewhat on the high side. The hotel is clean, services are fairly good but the hotel is not luxury 5 star hotel. Many details (like shower) look like they have aged somewhat, bars close quite early, mattresses by the pool are somewhat worn out. The personnel in bar had more fun talking to each other than caring of the customer. Overcooked snack at the bar did not bother the staff despite feedback from the customer.

This is our second time in same hotel. Although there are big differences between both times the situation of the hotel is great as it is very centric and close to the skytrain.
The room we had as very dusty and smell moisture. The carpets smell very bad as well. We asked to change the rooms. They offer to lay a sheet on the carpets, which they did. Actually it helped a little. The bathroom is quite old and uncomfortable. As we were happy at first time, we decided to stay again. But second time is a disappointment for us

We enjoyed the pool and the family-friendly services like the Kids Club. The staff was super friendly, and we found the location convenient with easy access to transport. Breakfast was excellent, with tasty options to start our day. Definitely recommend for a fun group stay!

Friendly and efficient staff throughout my stay.
The check-in process was frustrating and misleading. I specifically requested a smoking room a week prior, but was told only non-smoking was available at check-in. After insisting, I was finally given a smoking room, but it was like I had to fight for it. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and the air quality in the room was concerning.

Convenient location; quite good gym; very comfortable bed
Inability to use the advertised wifi connection - only wired connection worked as described. Staff tried to be helpful but were not very good at communicating/English.

The premier king room was spacious, and the air circulation kept us comfortable. The pool and sauna were a hit too. The location is perfect, being close to the un regional headquarters. I also treated myself to a volcanic facial treatment, amazing! The staff were really attentive, especially the concierge.
the dining area could use some insect repellant.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Air-port Link Terminal & BTS station (Phaya Thai Station) and easy to find.

Location close to skytrain and airport link is perfect. Value for money.
Unfriedly for small childern, outdated rooms in comparison with the brand new lobby. Noisy room (we faced the busy street). In the early morning someone of the staff stumbled by mistake in our room, unacceptable They should keep their administration flawless!

Location close to the sky rail so great access. Also able to easily get to the airport and back.
English language when trying to get information. No warnings about the Tuk Tuk and Taxi Scams operating around the area. Tourist ripoff operating in the form of a seafood restaurant located not far from hotel. Many visitors are being scammed trying to get to Chinatown.
